Spray Dryer / Chiller 
 
Spray Drying is the most advanced instant drying and chilling process to engineer a particle and formulate in a single step. The ProCepT R&D Spray Dryer is a complete process tool that generates reliable, repeatable and scalable results in a minimum of time.

Fluidbed Drying Coating & Agglomeration 
 
Fluid Bed processing equipment is used for granulation, drying and coating of powders, pellets or spheres. Depending on vessel size, the typical batch range varies from 50g to 1kg of product.  The ProCepT Fluid Bed is the ideal equipment for formulation R&D, demonstration, or education purposes .

High Shear Granulation
 
he ProCepT Granulator is used for wet or melt high shear granulation and pelletisation. Depending on vessel size, the typical batch range varies from 15g to 1kg of product.
The granulator is used to create wet agglomerates by high shear wet mixing of different powders. The atomized nozzle sprays the solvent with binder or active on the powder vortex, created by the impeller and chopper. The ProCepT Granulator is the ideal equipment for formulation R&D, demonstration or educational purposes .

Extruder / Spheroniser

Pan Coater
 
The ProCepT Pan Coater is used for small to medium scale sugar, film or enteric coating of tablets, capsules, pellets or spheres. Depending on drum size, the typical batch range varies from 50g to 6kg of product
In many cases one of the crucial steps in tablet development, is coating. The coating can have several functions. It can be used to strengthen the tablet, improve stability, control release, taste masking it, esthetic color, ...

Jet Mill JMRS -   Powder Milling
 
The ESCO-Labor Jet Mill grinds dry material powders in the range 
of 1 - 10 microns .  The jet mill technology is using blown air with specially designed jets to create a unique flow pattern causing product particles to collide with each other and hit against the wall of the grinding chamber with great impact to achive particle size reduction. The separation of the created fine particles from the air or inert gases, is carried out by a special filter.  The obtainable degree of fineness depends on the shape and position of the various available jets and the size of the grinding gap. 
 
Typical fields of application are the fine grinding of pharmaceutical active ingredients and chemicals. antibiotics, sulfonamides, salicylic acid, pesticides and mineral flours can be easily processed via the Jet Mill.  The processing method makes the machine particularly suitable for grinding under sterile conditions.
